Baking season it's finally here so I had to try to make this babies- kanelsnurrer or cinnamon swirls. I thought it was going to be a challenge to make and for a rookie baker like me I found it quiet easy. I followed this recipe which you can follow here (dansk version) and try it! This is great for a weekend stay in baking time with family or friends. But it should not stop you if you want to bake alone, you can give it away later on since this ones hold pretty well for a few days. This will be my breakfast for the next few days. It goes perfect with a warm cup of coffee.
